This documentary shows the resistance of university students and personnel against the police violence in 18 December 2012, which lasted for hours, and their struggle against JDP (Justice and Development Party) government’s widespread attacks. This documentary does not limit itself with METU and also issues how the fi re that was lit in METU spread around the country against JDP fascism and the presidents of other universities who embrace the role of JDP’s spokesmanship. The purpose of this documentary is to pass the importance of resistance against fascism and oppression on to future generations and to set an example for them.
