The border areas between Iraq and Iran have always been the conduits to ferry
smugglers’ convoys back and forth, braving the snowstorms, cold winter and the
frequent ambushes by the Iranian border control guards. This documentary follows the hazard-laden journey of one particular group, three of them women in their pension age, and the hardship they have to endure to earn their living.
